If you have difficulty getting to the upper floors in your house, a stairlift may be just what you need to gain easy access to the rooms upstairs. As a not-for-profit organisation, we can offer you free impartial advice after our telephone assessment.

We will establish your needs, ask you a few questions about your staircase and give you all the available options, including prices, without any obligation to purchase or rent a stairlift.

Site survey

All staircases with bends differ in every house. The curved stairlift rail for your staircase is unique to your staircase and needs to be tailor-made. 

Our site engineer will measure your staircase and determine the optimum rail run. He will also establish if you require any extra power points. After surveying your staircase and meeting you, we will confirm our no-obligation quotation

Made to measure curved rail

On completion of the site survey the drawings and measurements are sent to our stair rail manufacturer. The manufacturing process can typically take less than seven days and the end result is a rail  unique to your staircase, ready to ship to site

Pre-owned Stannah chair 

We will finalise for shipment a pre-owned Stannah chair from our vast stock of refurbished mechanical chairs. The thorough refurbishment of your pre-owned Stannah chair by our ex-service personnel allows us the confidence to offer you a lifetime warranty

Installation 

The installation at your home is quick and clean; the rail is attached to the stairs and not the wall and completed in less than four hours. Upon completing the installation, our engineer will give you a full demonstration and go through the operation manual with you, ensuring you are delighted.
